Jennifer Aniston And John Mayer – The New Sonny And Cher
LOS ANGELES, Ca., Jan. 14 (TOTI) –
John Mayer, erstwhile boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston is close to inking a deal for a variety show
“Yeah, we’re pretty close to closing the deal,” CBS President Nina Tassler told OK.
She called the proposed show a “musical variety sketch show.”
Exactly who did the market research at CBS that said anyone would be interested in watching this is anybody’s guess, but I can’t help but hope that Jennifer Aniston gets dragged into it, as well.
I would like to see Mayer and Aniston wed and then turn the show into a Sonny and Cher style variety show, only updated for the new millennium. There would be pickin’ and a grinnin’ aplenty and lots of mugging for the camera. Failing that, the show could always be transformed into a reality TV show about their celebrity.
