Miley Cyrus Boyfriend
Justin Gaston is considered to be Miley Cyrus’ boyfriend, but the relationship leaves some questions unanswered. The first issue between the two is, of course, their respective ages. Justin Gaston is 20 years old and Miley Cyrus just turned 16. In most states in the U.S.. if the two were to engage in sexual relations, the act would be considered statutory rape.
Miley Cyrus is still jail bait, so Gaston and her haven’t admitted to any serious relationship, although you certainly have to wonder. When I was Miley’s age, I was curious about the opposite sex. I’m sure she is, too, despite her high profile job.

Now the trouble with Gaston is not only is he older than Miley, he’s famous for standing around in his underwear. I’m sure Miley has seen all of the pictures of Justin in his drawers scattered around the Internet.
So who exactly is chaperoning this crew when they’re spending time together? Billy Ray and Trish Cyrus don’t seem to have a clue about Miley’s new boyfriend.
“I just met Billy Ray on the show and became friends with the whole family,” Justin said about the relationship.
Now, some are questioning whether Justin is just in it for the fame.
Now, i hope miley does not have another photo scandel because of her “NEW” Boy friend. since her old photos surfed across tha internet while she was dating nick jonas. i have also heard that miley wears a purity ring..so we all hope she does not break that promise.!
